These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the corporate portal operated by Setique Labs, Inc. ("Setique," "we," "us," or "our") and define the standard commercial framework for our technology infrastructure facilitation and software engineering systems.
1. Pure B2B Commercial Nature
The information presented on this website is directed exclusively toward verified corporate entities, enterprise operations, and trade organizations. The materials, metrics, and calculator outputs available on this platform do not constitute an offer of investment contracts, securities, or financial instruments. All commercial engagements with Setique Labs, Inc. are executed through binding physical equipment procurement contracts and individualized corporate service agreements.
2. Hardware Facilitation & Applied Engineering Framework
Hardware build configurations, vertical profiles, and reference architectures detailed on this platform represent physical equipment allocations optimized for secure data processing, local compliance management, and trade dispatch automation. Components and initial build assemblies remain bound to wholesale hardware availability via our data center partner networks. Physical asset execution is governed by specific Equipment Purchase Orders. All follow-on automation builds, custom fine-tuning lines, retrieval architecture design, model hardening, and workflow discovery are engineered by our Field AI Infrastructure Engineers (FAIEs) and bound to separate Statements of Work (SOW).
3. Limitation of Liability, Tax, and Risk Determinations
While Setique provides infrastructure cost modeling and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, Setique does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice. Final tax treatment remains the responsibility of the client and their advisors. Furthermore, while our architecture standards support documented governance controls for risk assessments, Setique does not guarantee insurance approval, coverage terms, or premium outcomes. It is the absolute responsibility of the corporate client to evaluate their entity’s tax profile and verify final asset write-off eligibility with their own corporate CPA or accounting firm.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted, governed, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any legal or structural disagreements emerging from equipment coordination or software execution will be handled exclusively within the designated corporate courts established in our formal master services agreements.
