We strictly collect corporate and business contact information explicitly provided to us when an enterprise representative initiates a hardware allocation or tax-capped compliance inquiry via our secure intake portal. This information is used exclusively to facilitate direct corporate B2B communication regarding hardware configuration, Section 179 asset tracking, and upcoming Statements of Work (SOW).
2. No Telemetry or AI Data Harvesting
Setique Labs, Inc. does not track, store, or process consumer data. We do not use pixel trackers to retarget web visitors. Most importantly, when an enterprise client deploys a Sovereign AI Node, we do not possess remote or systemic access to the proprietary datasets (such as internal legal discovery archives, private corporate ledgers, or local dispatch recordings) executed on the physical server asset unless explicitly detailed under a separate, customized Statement of Work (SOW) or Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
3. Corporate Safeguards
We do not sell, lease, or distribute your corporate contact information.
